MY LITTLE CONFIDANT

A valiant young lad

Once set foot in my heart,

The conclave made me glad

It gave our relationship a fresh start.

The juvenile fellow was imaginative

He was innocent and virtuous,

His impulse was a great motive

Which impelled him to be impetuous.

The bond flourished

And grew intimate,

I felt blessed

As his puzzled eyes were there to motivate.

He was my confidant

Whom I could trust upon,

Never did he flaunt

Because of him I could see the dawn.

With loads of love,

Chaitali ma'am
